“Internet Trends” Shows No End To Growth In Sight

The more I expose myself to the internet world, the more I’m amazed at how popular website creation has become, and even more so interesting is the tremendous amount of growth blog creation has experienced only since 2004.  Did you know that actual trends show that the number of blogs created on average have doubled every year since 2003 with the slight correction in 2005.

I don’t know about you, but when I see growth indicators like this it normally means people are making money. Lets face it! We are living in a time where our financial security is at risk, if we choose to continue to think that we are going to keep the same job for forty years, and have nice retirement nest egg to fall back on. This was the thinking of our beloved parents. If you are reading this and your parents or grandparents are a part of the Baby Boomer era, then surely you realize what I am saying is true. So the question that needs to be asked is ” Have people found guaranteed ways to make money? Lets look at a few facts. Since 1995 when the internet era exploded on the scene, it changed everything we use to do to obtain information. Since then, the internet has experienced mind blowing statistics in relationship to its growth of users. Lets take a glance of this growth!

Now if we take a closer a look at these numbers we can see what regions in world have experienced the highest rate of penetration since 2000, to get an idea of how much steam is remaining in it’s growth. What do all these statistics mean? It means regardless of how much this beast has grown since it’s birth, there is no end in sight. At least any end that we need to concern ourselves about. There is close to 1.5 BILLION internet users today with the likelihood of current trends that indicates that number will continue to grow by leaps and bounds. If there is an estimated worldwide population of 6.6 BILLION people. How much growth do you think is remaining? You do the Math! Another 1.5 BILLION users can be added with ease, and we would not even reached half of the worlds population.

Another point I would like to make is that current users are not going anywhere. They will be more than likely internet users until the day they meet Heavenly Father. I say all of this, to point out that the internet is here to stay. I suggest to you to find your Niche and enjoy the ride.
